- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- We will not up-size, down-size, or exchange any item you have ordered.

Item Replacement Policy |
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. An item eligible for a refund must be damaged, or defective and returned within 21 days of your purchase along with a completed order return form. To apply for an item replacement or a store credit, you must meet these criterias:

Size Exchanges Policy | It is your responsibility to order the correct size for your item. We will not up-size, down-size, or exchange any item you have ordered. For help on sizing, please see our sizing charts before placing your order. |
Final Sale Policy |
‘’Team locker’’ sales and Bulk Team Gear sales are final meaning no returns or size exchanges can be made once purchased. For damaged or defective orders, please contact team@hopeisfamous.com and share your ordering experience. |
Order Insurance | For Bulk Team Gear orders, you can pay a 10% premium from your initial order cost to have your items insured and have up to 3% of your total items replaced for size exchanges if needed. See our Order Insurance Program. |

Shipping Return Costs |
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the items you returned. Please use DHL, FedEx or Canada post when returning your unwanted items. |
Complete Order Cancellation | If at anytime after your deposit was made and you no longer need your items and they have already entered production, alternative solutions can be discussed. Contact us if its the case. |
